It is each patient's responsibility to render payment at the time of service. While our staff is pleased to help patients file insurance claims, please understand that this is a courtesy of our office to help patients receive any reimbursement they may be entitled to from their insurance companies.

Unfortunately, the complexity of managed healthcare plans makes it impossible for us defer receipt of payment in many cases. Exceptions may occur if we are a direct provider under your specific healthcare plan.

We are committed to making sure patients have access to the care they need. In cases where insurance coverage proves inadequate, we will work with you to determine whether other options such as financing may be available. We invite you to consult our staff to learn more.
